Drawings in
Send the drawing set. We check what is there and tell you what is missing before we start.

We build the 3D model in Blender, true to the drawings. You review it before anything else is made.

We light and render the model into 4K walkthroughs and flyovers, cut to the length you need.

What do you need from us?
The drawing set: plans, sections and elevations. Any 3D model, finishes schedule or material notes you have will help.
Which files can you work with?
AutoCAD DWG and DXF, IFC exports from Revit, ArchiCAD and other BIM tools, and PDF drawing sets. Not sure about yours? Send a sample.
Can you start from PDFs?
Yes. Clean, scaled PDF drawings are enough to build the model. CAD files make it faster.
Do you design buildings?
No. We build 3D models and visual material from your consultant's drawings. The design stays with them.
Can we see past projects?
Most of our architecture work is under confidentiality, so we show it privately. Ask for examples on a call.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the building and what you need. We confirm timing in the quote.
What happens when the design changes?
We update the model, and the films and tour that come from it. Revisions are quoted as they come.
What do we receive at the end?
The films, stills and tour you ordered, plus the model files if they are in scope. Ownership is agreed in writing before work starts.
